The 60-hectare Gordon Carmichael Reserve was built around 2002. The reserve has been developed into an native plants and wetlands outdoor classroom with 2km of walk way and 230 metres of boardwalk. If you feel like a break drive down to Gordon Carmichael Reserve with the kids and let them run free on the new play ground equipment for five minutes.
