Auckland is a walking paradise like no other! My walks take us through South Auckland’s serene Puhinui Stream Forest, while Mangere’s coastal beauty calls. Manukau’s harbour views are a must, and Penrose’s Hamlins Hill reveals an industrial-natural blend.
On the North Shore, we’ve got picturesque Devonport, Beach Haven’s coastal charm, and Greenhithe’s lush escapes. Northcote’s got its own unique vibe, while Rosedale and Takapuna beckon with diverse adventures.
Venturing west, we hike the Waitakere Ranges, explore the Avondale Whau River Walk, and discover the wonders of Glen Eden. Henderson’s trails await, and West Auckland’s got its own stories to tell.
And if you’re up for a ferry ride, there’s the stunning Great Barrier Island, the iconic Rangitoto Volcano in the Hauraki Gulf, and the heart of the city, with Viaduct Harbour walks and more. Auckland’s diverse regions offer walks for every taste from short walks to full day walks.
